Mouse in my car!

I get back from a week in NY in a rental car, get in my car, and it smells like fish in a bad way. I sniff around, find it's really bad under my seat, get a flashlight and pull a dead mouse out from under my seat! Where the hell did a mouse get into my car from?

Anyone know where there's a passage from the outside in? They already ate my air filter once, so i'd lie to find this hole and cover it with mesh so they can't get in. It's too dark to see much, but i hope it didn't eat anything, and doesn't have friends.

wow. Where the f*#$ do you park your car?

I can't help ya much, but i can say to make sure one of those little buggers doesn't get between your cam gears or near your turbo or something. Up here in the chilly NW, little kitty's burrow in our engines for heat; and sometimes it doesn't turn out good for the kitty's, or the cars...

Hey in my other car I have had a squirrel for the past month keep trying to make nests under my hood.

He has chewed through the following, all which I have had to fix:
- wires going to the distributor cap
- 2 spark plug wires
- 2 injector wires
- fuel rail cap

I need to kill this thing soon!

Mind you this is my daily driver, Every day i go out to my car i pop the hood and there is a new nest of grass and rope and other stuff that he finds. Then I have to run an inspection to see if he has chewed through anything else that I have to splice. I am going to get some traps and poison when I get the chance.

Just be happy your mouse was dead and isn't coming back!!

Sounds like you need one of these without an air filter.
