Zeitronix vs. Innovate XD-16 !?

I like the price and clean stealth look of the Zeitronix, but Innovate seems to have better tech support and the XD16 gauge looks awesome. The thing is the Zeitronix would cost about $600 less to log the same things, boost egt afr.

Who likes which and why?

The XD-16 is just the gauge; you would need the entire $399.00 standaone package to actually install and configure it properly.

http://www.innovatemotorsports.com/products/xd16.php

I have the standalone kit and I like it a lot.

But note that the XD-16 standalone kit only does AFR.

You would need the LM-1 in conjuction to log additional parameters.

The Zeitronix has inputs for RPM, boost, throttle position, and exhaust gas temp. in conjunction with the AFR.

I have the XD-16 but have seen people with the Zeitronix and I like it a lot; though I prefer the XD-16's guage presentation opposed to the digital LED readout of the Zeitronix.

I was going to get the LM-1 , SSi-4, and TC-4, then get 3 gauges and run AFR, Boost, and EGT.

The Zeitronix is a awesome value for all that it does, only thing holding me back is the visibility of the LCD.

you can log boost afr egt accelerations and some others with just the LC-1 and the LMA-3.The other Innovate box may do boost too I don't know.

I'm doing boost, afr and accelerations, plus the open port suite, using LC-1 and LMA-3

You could wait and find out when these gauges will be availiable to the Zt-2 zeitronix setup.

x2 I bought it for my DSM, hooked it up to my laptop and played with it for about half an hour. It's awesome. I took it off then bought the display, boost sensor, and another harness from TTP so I could use it in the Evo too Will have pics up of the install soon as I don't think anyones put the display where I'm going with it.

You will not beat the quality of the zeitronix, the features, the safeguard options, the meth injection system comptibility, the sleek look of the bright LCD screen.

For those of you that come up with this concern of visibility, have you ever seen the LCD in person?

Visibility is not a concern.

One more question I had, can you set the warning light to have multiple warnings? Such as overboost or too lean, or overboost + lean. And you can use the TPS in the warning parameters right?

can someone post pictures of where they've installed the ZT-2? I'm concerned about mounting options and would like it to look as sleep as the XD-16 could (mounted flush for instance). . .
