Problem w/ HID mover switch and gague dimmer box....

The box that holds the HID mover switch and gague dimmer switch popped out of the compartment.

Anyone else experience this? It popped out 2x today.

I know it pops out very easily, but I haven't had it happen without me pushing on the back of it to make it pop out. Check the sides and see if any of the snaps that hold it in are broken.

They're not really held in there very well. Mine have popped out the many times I've taken my dash apart already. If pushing them back in won't hold them in, put a dab of superglue on the backside of the connector and put it back in. That'll hold it in, but still allow you to remove it if need be.

Ididnt notice any clips that held it in place. Maybe thats why its poppin out now.
How many clips are supposted to be there?

My alarm control pad is next to the switches, so maybe when the guy installed the pad, the tabs clips broke.

Superglue idea is what I was thinking too.

I recommend using clear silicone RTV as opposed to crazy clue.

I don't think there is any clips... I think it just snaps into place.
