I don't see how your car being stolen has anything to do with refunding someone's money, so I really don't give a ****.

 

Just so every on knows if you have the money for a certain time the refund option goes away.

Just so everyone knows...I "bought" an Ebay FMIC, upper, and lower pipe from this guy about 2 weeks ago for $150. He stated that he could not ship until the 5th - I said that's fine because after telling him I'd take it I decided to go with another intercooler anyway and wasn't going to be using that one, but I told him I'd take it so I paid for it.

Evening of the 5th, I PM him to see if it shipped or if he was shipping it the next day. He proceeds to say he was too busy to get ahold of me to let me know or refund my money. Again - FINE, but refund my money. Instead of refunding it, he uses the "Send Money" button and only sends me $145, minus $5 for Paypal fees, and now I get $140 back after 2 weeks of waiting??

Apparently he's not too busy now to make bull**** posts and make an a s s of himself

As for the refund itself, twice he tried to send me the money instead of refunding it, and he spent more time typing out long paragraphs to me about how ridiculous I was being than he would have spent pressing the refund button. THEN he tried to tell me that there is no refund button because the transaction happened so long ago HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

By the way MO_EVO8, it's "piece of ****" not "peace of ****" so if you are going to flex your Internet muscles, at least try not to come accross as an illiterate asswad!

 

This is why people are starting to hate to buy stuff on line now because people are doing little **** like this. Just send the money back to him. Stop posting and making your self look even worse. Hope you get your money back.

 

what are you trying to resolve by posting here? you're just incriminating yourself by telling everyone you have/stole his money

Eventually the evo boards are going to do in with the classified section just like the dsm boards did.

 

I'm not sure what this has to do with us here in Evo land. This is an issue between buyer and seller. Please keep it that way; we have enough drama here without this.
