You can install bigger injectors only using the stock ecu. The scaling and latency will need to be adjusted to compensate and keep fuel trims in check, but the car will start without making any changes. Do you have a check engine light? If so, whats the code? Make sure everything is plugged back in correctly. There is a sensor plug near the fuel rail that you may have unplugged to make some room for the fuel rail when replacing the injectors.

Put the factory injectors back in. You need a SAFC or flash or something to make them work correctly.

Try to start the car. If after several attempts with no start, pull the fuel sending unit out and find out what is not installed correctly.

If you say you felt the fuel pump running.
Check if it's even reaching the injectors. Crack a line loose and crank it and see if fuel is getting there.
You said your plugs look clean. Do they smell fuel?
There is also a possibility that your injectors aren't opening even if your getting fuel to the rail.
Got spark?

Check your MAF, CAS, CrkAS, Coolant temp sensor connector if it's still plugged.
If any of these aren't plug in......you won't have injector pulse and/or spark.

What brand/type of injectors? Saturated or peak/hold? Evos are peak/hold type. You could have the wrong ones in there or just bad ones.

when I first installed my AFPR in my eclipse back in the day I accidentally twisted the hose between the filter and the rail. It was choking the pressure to the rail. Sometimes you overlook the most stupid crap. Might be your problem

as every one said you need to adjust injector scaling due to the size of the injectors...you need some sort of EM software or see a tuner.

obviously you are right, I agree with you about that. I do need something to control the injectors but what I don't agree with you or anyone else is that the car will not start without this contrl unit. The car start, BUT it will run crappy. Call your shop and ask cals AMS, Bushur, anyone. The car will start. Now I am about to go take off my new injectors and install the stock ones and I will go from there. Thanks everyone for your help

I know you said you felt the fuel pump working but that doesnt mean that its working correctly. If you find that the car still doesnt start with the stock injectors, pull the sending unit out again and double check the work. Like I mentioned before, check that the plastic collar was swapped to the new pump. If it is not there, the rubber sleeve can slip down onto the pump and you wont have enough fuel pressure to start the car. Make sure the rubber sleeve is still in place and not ripped. If its not in place or ripped, you will not have enough fuel pressure to start thecar. Make sure the plastic cap on the bottom of the sending unit is clipped in place with all three clips. If its popped off, the pump can slide down and come un sealed from the top and you wont make enough fuel pressure to start the car. Make sure you used the new rubber base on the fuel pump. It locates it properly in the sending unit so the top stays sealed....

good luck and let us know what you find.
