Still sounds like not enough pressure from the fuel pump. I've had a leak whiel trying to crank the engine with a Walbro 255 and fuel didn't spew out a coupel inches, it spewed out everywhere as far as 10 ft. If you are getting slight pressure, it won't be enough for your injectors to handle.

I don't think it's possible for your key to get erased by simply changing out some fuel accessories.

That's what I think about the key immoblizer, but I did do this stuff with the battery still connected, so with that said it could have reset everything. I'm being as bias as I can with myself.

Ill come up with a good ending for this thread:

The owner tried to start the car again, but he forgot to reinstall the two bolts that hold down the fuel rail and injectors safely onto the intake mani. His buddy was smoking a cigarette near the engine bay and when the engine turned over in a very rough manner thanks to the unscaled, larger injectors, the fuel rail tipped over along with the injectors. His buddy then freaked out and dropped his cigarette into the engine bay. Moments later the car caught fire, so the owner and his buddy pushed it into a nearby lake. Great beers were had that night!

p.s. If you can come up with an alternative ending, be my guest!

Make sure the grommet in between the fuel pump, and the fuel pump housing is installed properly, and not split.
