Buschur TBE fitment prob's HELP
its under the car, its made with quality stainless, its not shiny but it performs great so who cares?
They made it as right as they could for you. They compensated you for the part they forgot to send you no questions asked. If you arent satisfied just dont do business with them.
Lack of flanges will save weight, but make systems more prone to leaks IMO.
They didn't technically got out of their way to make it right. they made right as they were supposed to. And they should have any questions about the part they forgot to send
I was the one that dealt with this yesterday on the phone. I was unaware of the situation until the phone call. The wrong part was NOT shipped. Somehow the off-road pipe was overlooked and was not shipped at all. Mistakes happen and I do apologize about this.
If you could have waited we would have overnighted the piece to you no questions asked. Since you already had one made I credited you back what we charge for a off-road pipe. The price that you were charged does seem rather high but it is what it is.
Gofaster52: You said you paid the guy $50 who was installing the exhaust to work on his day off. Wasnt he already working? Not being a smart a$$ just a bit confused by this.
I'll put a note in the computer here to see what I can do for you on your next order to try to make it up to you a little bit more.
I would say your 4yr old brother is pretty talented then. He does mandrel bending too? Man.... you should put him on "America's Got Talent" He would probably win.
Im sure you find 304 S.S. on Ebay often huh? Care to send me a link so I can pick some up?
Looks are important if your under carriage is chromed and it sits on blocks with mirrors under it at HIN. How many people do you have crawl under your car to OOOO and AHHHH over your exhaust? Just for the record... our "Ugly" exhaust is the lightest and highest horsepower making turboback exhaust available for the Evo.
*Hands you a can of Mothers Metal Polish and says "Have at it chief. Make it pretty."*

No, he was supposed to do the exhaust Friday night when you are closed and that is when he realized that the piece was missing. He was supposed to do something else Saturday, but instead spent the day 60 miles away at the fabrication shop where had to wait about 5 hours until they had finished their other work before they could do the pipe.

IMO,
1. You should have made sure you had all the parts at time of arrival.
2. You should have scheduled install after step 1 was confirmed.
2. You should have scheduled the dyno session after step 1,and 2 were confirmed.
3. The real bummer is that the part that you had made probably isn't stainless, so you should just have buschur send you the test pipe anyway.
I'm not trying to be a d|ck or anyhting, but I make mistakes every now and then when shipping customer's items. We aren't machines. Also, it seems like Jarrod is going above and beyond to make it right.
I mean, Buschur Racing is in no way responsible for whatever personal arrangements you made to have it installed.
