Buschur TBE fitment prob's HELP

My friend is installing the BR TBE with test pipe and bullet muffler for me right now. He is at a fabrication shop right now, and says first that the downpipe does not fit the ebay o2 housing. Second the downpipe is flanged on both ends, but there is no other part that is flanged. He also said it is about a 1 and half feet from clearing the back bumper. Is there 4 or 5 pipes that are supposed to come with this exhaust? I have downpipe, midpipe, testpipe, and muffler section. I have AMS coming to tune tomorrow, so I need to get this solved quickly.

Thanks for your help!

It does fit the o2 housing, but the flanges do not mate flush.

The test pipe should be flanged on one end and slip-fit on the other. The flanged site goes to the DP, and the slip-fit side goes to the cat-back. The exhaust should fit perfectly and stick out just a little beyond the bumper.

They didn't ship me the flanged test pipe at all. I only have the 4 pieces. Thanks, that is very helpful.

I hope so. I am having the fabrication shop make a pipe like that right now. Hopefully they will reimburse me for that. Thanks again for pics. They were very helpful.

I listened to yours already. It helped make my decision of exhausts easier. That's one reason I wanted this exhaust so bad. It sounds great, and the power cannot be matched.

cool! yeah I love mine...also it's worlds lighter than the stock exhaust. I couldn't believe the difference and look how scrawny it was.

Yes, when I did my review on the Buschur catless TBE w/Bullet muffler, it was not only a lot lighter than stock, but it was also a full 10.0 lbs lighter than my catless Megan TBE.
