I know a lot of people have had problems with the syncro's in these cars. Does anyone know if they have had a recall on them. They wont fix mine under warranty do to some a$$hole at Concord, CA mistu.

 

Never a recall. There is a TSB for 5th gear.

 

I am sorry what is TSB?

 

TSB = Technical Service Bulletin.

It means that X number of people have brought thier car in for the same issue. So a company recognizes it as a know issues and puts out a TSB. You can likley get it fixed under warrenty at this point. (If your not modded)

 

I know they were going to fix it at San Rafael, ca but then Concord, CA mitsu called the district manager who abrutly put a stop to them fixing it because of the mods. Thats why I hate the haters at Concord Mitsu, beside the fact they screwed me for 3000.00.

 

So why did you go there with mods on your car? Everybody knows that if you want to have anything done under warranty that you have to remove all your mods prior to dropping it off.

 

Cause it would take days to remove everything and put it back to normal. Its not even work the time. I can have it fixed for 800= 1 extra shift at my work. Anyways i just don't have the time, beside the guy at San rafael said he wasnt even going to open the hood because you dont need to, to fix the tranny. I didnt know concord was going to blow the whistle.

 

Beside I dont even have all the stock parts.

 

After looking at all your mods I can see your point about not putting everything back to stock. Best of luck.
