I do it because I don't see too many evo's. I also own an aircooled bug and we have a much much larger cult following. We will stop just to BS if we see each other sometimes.

I always wave and my g/f says "ur so dumb", then when she sees one she is like "look, an evo, u gotta wave" and i do. When a evo owner doesnt acknowledge me it pisses me off and i blow by him cuz he is probably a dilbert and he doesnt know what kind of car he is driving in

Funny you say this. My friend drives an s2000 and everytime we are in my car and i see an evo i flicker the lights, wave or chat if they are next to me. So she tried to do the same and comes back to me and says, s2000 owners aren't friendly they look at me crazy when i try to say hi. Then she attempts to on some evos with her s2000 and they say hi back hehe.

I get waved at too when driving by evo's and sti owners. We evo owners got haters from the honda enthusiasts, well for me at least. I live in MN and there's alot of ricers, decent ones i might add, but I always get the rev and dip or the look. Yea u know what i'm talking about. LOL

a lot of STI owners get all hyphy and excited when we say hi too. the majority of the STI's i come across are younger high school kids and they usually have like 12034912312 people in the car and all the windows down and the whole 12034912312 of people inside the sti's will give you thumbs ups or waves and what not. kind of funny if you ask me

Haha funny that you mention that because two of my friends have jeeps and one of them is a cj-7 and whenever they see other jeep owners they always wave. I miss doing that......
