Searched, but I couldn't find the info...

Quick two questions guys:

1. Are the Evo 8 and 9 struts interchangeable? Do they have the same parts numbers? I am asking because I have an 8 with a bad passenger front strut and the car is lowered on Tein S Techs. I'd prefer just to swap out the one strut and put the S Tech on it so I don't have to do all four... Also, the struts are off an SE model.

2. Are the struts interchangeable from side to side? Meaning, if I were to put a driver front on the passenger front, would it make a difference?

Yes you can can use the struts. However, don't waste your time with the S-Techs. you're just going to continue to blow out struts...Get some Swift springs if you want to do the spring thing, or get some Coilovers if you wanna do it right.
