fuel pump & hallman mbc install cost?

fuel pump & hallman mbc install cost?

i work 3 jobs and barley have time to work on my car. so i contacted a shop near me (alantic motorsports) and they want $350 to install a hallman mbc and fuel pump. to me that seems a bit to much. looks like i might try to tackel this project by myself. i just have a quick questions.

1. is it ok to drive on the walbro fuel pump without a tune?

the prices for all installs are high, ams charges about 100 for a pump install

these are easy installs espeically with all the write-ups on them. no need for a re-tune for just a pump install

Just make sure your fuel tank is close to turning the E light on. I've heard that could get rather...sloppy.

I did my pump with 1/2 tank no problem. The only fun part is getting that retaining ring on/off. I sware Mitsu made the access panel about an inch too small on purpose!!
