tottaled evo ,, bad day
Guys my freeking car got totalled,
here is the weird thing the my wife was piccking the evo up from the dealer in daytona to brign it down back to melbourne, this guys stole a moving truck, and porposely crashed it into three more cars 4 including my evo, i forsee problems trying to claim this if any one has any advice please do, i may need a good lawyer, althou i dont know what my geico insur will do.
it seems like a case that will proceed in a civil coart because the truck company left the keys inside the truck and that allowed this guy to steal it also my wife in hurting.

Why would Geico not cover it? You weren't at fault. The damage was caused during the comission of a crime!! Pay your deductable and get it fixed (and get paid extra for depreciated/diminished value) or get a new car if it is totaled.
If Geico gives you the runaround you should beat the snot out of the damn gecko!
I hope you don't need any luck on this case. This seems to be exactly why you have insurance in the first place.

the wife is ok, little pain, takning her to the doc make sure in case we sue we have record, might have to procedd legallly because of the negligence by the person who stole the truck and to the company who left the key in the truck that made it feasable for him to steal it and then slamm it into my car and 3 others

Sorry to hear that I hope your wife is Ok. I would be so pissed off if that would've happened to me. Good luck and I hope everything gets sorted out for you.
Do you have any pic's of the car as it lays?

Geico should pay for the damages. I would think that they would understand considering the circumstances. I'm not sure about the whole paying for extra depreciation thing, but it makes sense.

Your insurance will pay minus your deductible.
Any insurance for a stolen vehicle is automatically cancelled so the rightful owner is not liable. You also have uninsured/underinsured coverage for this reason. Many times your agent gives you the minimum coverage 15/30 which will not cover an Evo or any personal injury if this happens.
Wither way, just go through your own insurance company.
Make sure your UM/BI coverage is at the same limit you chose for liability. It isn't expensive and worth every penny.
