adjustments 12 Months, 12,000 miles
Anti-corrosion 7 yr, 100,000 miles
Emission-related parts 5yr, 60,000 miles

Battery is 12month replacement 37 month pro-rated
Roadside service for 5yrs, unlimited mileage, call 888-648-7820 (888-Mitsu2006)
Please do not argue with me on this above, I am reading it from the book right now.
Your warranty cannot be voided due to the presence of an aftermarket part (turbo timer) alone. Magnusson/Moss warranty claims act.. but that is an arguement that is ad nausia elsewhere on this site.
again, arge that elsewhere on the site...
California is longer on emissions and related parts

I'm not sure why they would void your warranty for a turbo timer, I've voided warrantys, but not on entire cars. Had a car come in with a MAF code with a cold air intake and I didn't warranty the MAF. I still fixed the rest of the car though.
yea warranty issues is pretty much diffrent all over the place some places excepts with mods and some don't. As far as warranty coverage for buyng a used evo best bet is to call a mitsu dealership. Dosen't matter where they all should be the same.
