Would taking off the head and reinstalling it be the cause of a Vehicle Speed Sensor CEL? And my TPS wont read 100% @ WOT. only 95.6. Idle is very crappy, and when driving the car has a mind of its own, Rpm willl rise to 2000, and stay there like this was the point of idle. Somtimes it will ramp up and down between 1500-2000 before staying at 2000-2300rpm.

New plugs installed yesterday. 60mils on them, pulled um and they are White, near the electrode, is that good? Seems like the car was missing. But no CEl for misfire.
