I build about 12-13psi at 6100rpm's. Raising the limiter will raise the boost to a certain extent. I was experiencing knock at the rev limiter and so I lowered timing which gave me another 2-3psi.

It is the tuning, not the car. Yes the higher the limiter is set will raise boost, but the ignition timing when it hits the limiter is what creates boost, and this delay is set by the tuner.

200+/- drag passes without a single driveline/clutch failure = Priceless.
