When the car is completly off and you turn on your parking lights does your speedometer turn on???? Also when the car is running and you have your ligths completly off is your speedometer on or off?

Yeah the light. The reason is cause I just installed my boost gauge and now when my car is completly off i turn the lights on and the dash does not light up. It only lights up when i turn the key.

 

I just ran out to my car because I started to wonder myself and the gauge cluster only lights up when the key is in the ignition.

No problem.When the key is in the on position in my car the gauges light up but when the key is just in the ignition and not in the on position the gauge cluster does not light up.
