I just installed my greddy ti-c last night... After driving it today, the service engine soon lit up.... Need help...

What do I need to do with the 02 extender?

 

You need to get a de-fouler from autozone, bore it out 1/2" and then screw your 02 sensor into that. Then screw the de-fouler into your exhaust. Piece of cake man, just search for the tutorial, its easy.

I did mine just about 6 weeks ago and never seen the CEL again.

 

helix o2 simulator mechanical,, has work great for me ,,, no codes so far knock on wood,,, although some people get codes even with the simm

 

Just do the anti-fouler fix from local auto parts store like said in post#4. if you research it on here, you'll find an easy how-to with the part number of the piece you need to buy. it'll cost you a couple dollars. I did it on my car when I installed my exhaust. 14,000 miles later and no light ever.

did you install a test pipe or hfc? if not then you wont need the fouler

 

Joey, I did not install a test pipe or hfc.... Just the cat back exhaust... I did reset the ecu but still popping up...

 

Yeah its ok to drive around, its just annoying to have a CEL on... plus you kinda need that light incase something happens to just go grab that de-fouler!.
