Boycott RMR!!! - Long ASS Rant
Err, Cliff Notes for this post please.
From what I've gathered.
Dude #1 got pissed with RMR and posted this topic with flaming amounts of details.
Dude #2,3,etc joined in saying yep, indeed RMR sucks.
Soon after which we find out Dude #1 is probably in "pound me in the ***" prison.
Ok...
Anywho, moving on, I've had slight bad expierences with some vendors, I still deal with them. I had a slight negative expierence with SlowBoyRacing. Took forever to get a bunch of parts I had ordered. Rather common parts too, anyway they were cool enough to eat the 100 dollars or so that it was required to ship me the parts immediately, although the net worth of the parts was only 800 dollars. Which is really cool and guess what, even though I was pissed during the whole ordeal, I still deal with them.
Other people have said negative stuff about Slowboyracing, stuff like missing bolts and nuts on turbo kits, missing gaskets etc, pain in the *** customer service. I just don't get it. I deal with SBR all the time, they always answer the phone and they're great.
It takes a thousand positives to redeem one negative.

I was going to try and read all 7+ pages but I have two RMR products installed on my car, and have had no major problems. The cat is squeeking and just needs to be adjusted.
I showed up unexpected to pick up my cat-back, was on vacation where there shop is, and figured I might as well not pay shiping. They took the time to stop what they were going and pack up a cat-back for me. The only down side is im sitll waiting on my 50 bucks shipnig back...still need to give them a call.
However I am sorry that you got scrued, but it wont stop my deeling with RMR, only buying their parts, not using their shop.
Maby there is something that needs to be said of driving your car the 400+ mile trip just after it got modded, and driving on a clutch that just didnt feel right.
P.S. Oops...should have atleast read the last page, talk about an old thread

geez, what a crazy ordeal. I know what its like to deal with someone who gave you bad service. Usually, when given the opportunity for them to redeem themselves you keep going back b/c they made good.
