Boycott RMR!!! - Long ASS Rant
I honestly think the ECU was not properly flashed back to stock. That's the only reason I can think of as to why it would keep sending that code for no reason. The car never set that code before the mods, or any code for that matter.
Take all the plugs out and check them. Primarily for a black line (crack) on the insulator portion that the leads go on. If a spark plug is dropped it will usually crack, this only takes about 2 inches off the table to crack one.
I don't think the code is lying, I think it is really picking up a missfire.

Any other ideas?

Yeah. You got a case. Should not tune cars or claim to without skills. I just saw the dynoflash in the new turbo magazine. I think I will get their work done to my ecu. It is great to try and get all the work or products from one compant yet that usually is not the best way to go. Some companies specialize in making one product good and others so-so. In your case with RMR you got the worst case. I like the product line yet I am buying smart. Got a AEM intake cause it has the carb sticker on it. Also will be getting Cat back that is 50 state legal. That way the car can pass a visual test if pulled over.
