Anyone using this test pipe and it's claim of not triggering the cel light?

can anyone explain how this pipe does not cause a CEl to be thrown. Is there an 02 bung on piipe that is welded so it causes o2 sensor not to stick so far in causing no CEl to be thrown. Is there even a spot for the 02 sensor on a test pipe. Very curious

How much is this product? I gave basically $50 for my ebay test pipe, used a $4.50 de-fouler from autozone, havent had a problem.
