Im installing Forge RS but the nipple is facing downward and it wouldn't reach the hose(small hose). Does it spin or turn? I dont want to force it...I tried turning it but it wont turn.

 

Use a longer length of hose. Make sure you orientate the DV the right way. Bottom port to UICP and side port to intake

 

Deng it! i dont have a longer hose! At first I thought I can just turn the nipple!

 

If yours is the RS, nozzle where the vac line goes should spin.

 

^ really like clockwise or counter clockwise?(mine is the forge RS adjustable recirculate)

ok i've installed it and drive around...It whistles a little bit in the cone filter(is this normal?)

 

yea at very low boost you should hear a soft, very high pitched wistle and at higher boost u should hear a louder deeper woosh...just make sure you get it adjusted correct of 5th gear part throttle will be a pain....
