Ok heres is what you need to make your motor fire,
Spark check with spark plug tester on end of spark boot, ground to chasis NOT BATERY.
Fuel Check for inject pulse with 12volt lamp across injector plug, check to fuel pressure If possible.
check compression.
if you have all of these and you haven't messed with any of the cam sensor, crank sensor, or timing check the intake pluming for leaks, also make sure that the MAF is connected. If all checks out with the intake plumbing try unplugging the MAF (sometimes that helps the car start for some odd reason).
get a diagnostics tool, universal works but a mitsu specific one will help, and check the datastream, read the fuel trims and check to see if the crank sensor is sending out signal. Also check to see if there are any codes stored. Make sure all the data checks out, I.E. the coolant temp says 200 F and the car isn't at that temp.
Also check the O2 sensor.
