And why is everybody all excited about getting the Evo VIII instead of the seven. We have even LESS info about that than the VII, which is pretty scary to me. When I buy a $30,000 car, I like to know what I'm getting before I take it off the lot.

I just spoke to someone from mitsubishi and they said the evo VIII is suspose to come out in January of 2003, This is of the Meeting they had last month. They stated that it would range in price from $28,000 to $32,000. They also stated that the evo VII will not come out in the U.S. because it is for Japan. So essentially the evo VIII is suspose to be the evo VII standardized for the U.S. market.

I still cant find any info on the car on any websites. anyone found any recently.
