How many you deal with vivid racing??

What up guys just wondering how many of you guys deal with vivid racing? How was your experience?
I deal with eric and he is the guy to go to great customer skills and he takes good care of me when i need parts he is the reason why i keep going back ERIC IS THE FAWKING MAN keep up the good work!!!!!

i dealt with jon, and was so very bad. i ordered twice from him and every time i asked for a tracking number i never get it. also had processing problems. both times, when i decide to call again to ask for a tracking number, the package comes that day when im not home. i had told him i needed it because i needed to know when to expect it. my own reasons. never will deal with again.

I've heard this story at least 20 times. Mention vivd racing on any subaru forum and you'll get pages of hate.

flame on! hahaa i had the same processing/tracking issue. I had to call to find out if my item really got ordered.

Sorry for the lack in communication regarding your tracking number, I try to be prompt with every order and unfortunately not everything goes as planned. Vivid and eric rule I ordered my parts just as they were closing and i recevied my tracking numbers first this morning Eric is on the ball all the time he never seems to let me down thanks agian

filled out a sponsor form on my evo 8 got spnsored by them and basically put there name all over my car, attended shows and track days and never even got a discount o a product.....didnt impress me at all....planned oin spending alot of money with them to beacause they seemed tobe helpful at first but when i tried to get parts...they were actually more expensive than toher major sites....

They don't have a clue about the products they sell.

I mean how the F(*K are you going to sell it without the exact specs of it?

- I bought my dp there thinking it would be 3" and even specifically asked the guy if it is 3". He said "yes" and next thing I know the dp is 2.75".

I don't deal with them ever since.

vivid is a great company greg is very helpful and to all of you that dont run a shop there is a lot of orders coming in and keeping track of all of them takes time and hard work not to mention attending events (racing, trade shows and others) for building a better business to bring you better parts, so when you dont get a tracking number or a order was put in late it is not because they are tyring to say screw you but it is that there is just a lot going on.
