Damage doesn't look that bad, but as stated above I'd say 5K in damage. Definitely need a new wheel, side skirt, front bumper repair or replacement, and who knows if it damaged the axel and other parts of the drive train.

this is exactly why all Evo insurance is so high, it causes all Evo owners insurance rates to go up (if it's claimed).

Good thing nobody was hurt, but let's all try and drive more carefully out there.

If you can't afford full coverage insurance then you can't afford the car. It's that simple.

people, you all need to stop assuming he was drinking and theres nothing wrong with not having fullcoverage. if he decides he doesnt need it thats his decision. just cause its an evo doesnt mean it requires full coverage.

well.... most new cars require full coverage.... i guess because he has an 03'... hes ok with just liability...... but even then... i had only liability insurance on a 95 probe gt i bought for $1k....... 2 months later.. i get t-boned in a parking lot, some lady ran a stop sign and then insurance wrote the car off.... and i got a check for $3,750 2-3 days later...
oh and this accident looks like it was caused simply by the inexperience of the driver..... youngins

Most finance companies require full coverage as well so long as the car is financed... If its paid off, you can lower coverage... Paid off 03 EVO, 18 Year Old Kid, Can't Afford Insurance, seeing a pattern here...
