That's not bad for being 20 and in SoCal. Are you on your own policy, or on your family's policy?

Mine's just a hair over 220 a month, 4 cars (2010 Evo, 2008 Saturn Sky Redline, 2008 Mazda 3, 2000 Saturn SC1), 2 drivers. I am 27 and have a perfect driving record. My wife is 25 and had a lot of accidents (7? -- a couple major) between age 18 and 21, but has since been accident free.

^ Yeah, MOST companies will not look into your record more than three years ago, with some exceptions (i.e., Progressive looks at your accidents from the past 59 months but charges ones that were more than 35 months old differently, Safeco looks at your entire driving history from the past five years, etc.).

My insurance is $76/month for my 06 EVO and 09 Corolla from Allstate. I also have my home insurance through them, so it dropped quite a bit.

Car: 2010 Lancer DE
Location: Illinois
Personal Info: Single and policy in only my name.
Driving Record: Nothing within 3yrs as of April 2011 (prior to that...many many things)
Insurance Company: Serenity Insurance (bought through Unitrin)
Monthly Payment: $225.01

My policy ends very soon and I should be looking for more insurance, though I keep hearing of people paying $150 for similar cars. I'd love to pay that much...sadly...

just got a quote from 21st.com

1 ticket, disobeying a traffic light. (cut through a gas station to avoid it, SOB)

Definitely the cheapest ive seen so far....

$50 deductible for comprehensive? Or do you mean $500?

What liability limits did you go with? Ohio state minimums?

18 years old, 100% clean record and i still can't get less that 300/month for full coverage. Ive checked allstate, progressive, state farm, and some others. It's my dream to have this car but this is seriously making it a little more difficult.
