dude, there is a sticker on the driver's side door, you can't miss it. It says, if you drive in the snow with the stock yokohama's you are a dumbass!!! yep right there on the sticker just read it.

He's obviously on the stock tires LOL. Another thing is he's definitely not babying it or driving real slow. Stop with the heavy foot and get snow tires n00b

This is the first time that I heard that in "Snow" setting, more torque is transfered to the rear then "Gravel" setting.

Anyway, All Season tires should help.

So snow setting doesn't change the tires to winter ones?...Hmmm...Weird...I would take it to a dealer and tell them about this problem.
