hks hi power helppp

i picked up a used hi power exhaust for my 06 evo, but it didnt come with the exhaust brackets so its not fitting up right (vibration on the drive train and not centered in the bumper) should i just take it to an exhaust shop tomorrow and let them fab/fix it, or should i order the parts from HKS? i dont mind spending the money, i just want it to work... thanks for your help/opinions. merry christmas.

if the exhaust shop can rig something nice and solid up for you, i would probably take it there.

although i am impatient.

i'm sure they could do soemthing for you. worst case scenario, it would probably take a basic bit of welding.

if they can't though, i believe you can get these from hks. i have seen several people looking for the brackets and hangars for the hks hi power over the last couple months. seems no one that sells their hks' used ever includes the brackets.

I also purchased my hks hi-power exhaust where the seller did not include the brackets. I'm in the same predicament. I will have an exhaust shop stabilize the rear end.

I think someone else on this forum had the same problem as well. He contact Gruppe-S and they got him the bracket. I forgot if it was $30 or something like that. You can give it a try.

i decided to put on my perrin test pipe that i got and while everything was loose i actually got the exhaust to lign up where it should. i think im still gonna take it to a muffler shop so that its using all 3 hangers (just on two right now) but at least its off the drivetrain and not melting my bumper. if they wanna charge too much then ill try to find the hks brackets. thanks everyone..
