with that im also getting the springs and retainers and ARP head studs? but main question is which cam should i get

It depends on what your goal for the car is. 280 will give you a little more top end where as 272 will be a little of bottem and top. Just do some research and see what you want.

I just got the 280s. I've read you can run stock valve train with the 280s and most would rather pickup the 280 in the long run anyway.

I wouldnt run the stock valve springs and retainers on 280's. I have the 272's for a daily driven car they are A++++

The specs on them I think are 11mm lift 272in and 274ex.

Very nice.

I think that you will like the 280's from you choice best.

I am using the Helix 272's and I love them... they make it a little lopey which makes a good sound, but when properly tuned I love the feel of 272's under boost...

But, i have 280's on my car so whatever
