Damn I thought it topped out at around 165. I only got up to 135 and had to slow because of the damn traffic. I hate LA.

 

I-95 has a nice open straight thats all bridge......so cops arent too common on that stretch....but anyone who lives in NC they have a top speed track in maxton NC. its an old airfield and you can just let it go!!!!!!!!

Well, just for the people who are talking about "traffic."

A few years ago, I had a buddy with an VIII. We got it up to 160 (he was driving and I was watching the speedometer). The car felt quite squirrelly at that speed, like we were riding on ice.

 

Getting a bit out of control here. The OP was about top speed - not actually doing it. And it has been answered.

 

i buried the speedo up the p-way with a buddy on his r6 but let off before redline.. to be honest got a little worried about traffic ahead..

 

Wow. Let's all brag about doing stupid illegal **** on public roads!
