I like the way the wingless RS looks.

 

Big fan of wingless look, and think about getting some base lancer torsion bars to get the weighting back to neutral.

 

I love my wing. IMO I think they look like "regular" cars when they don't have them. And I'm sure for some people that is what they want, but for me personally, no.

 

When you reattach it are you just using body molding tape?

 

no wing, no problems.

 

I took mine off yesterday to repair the CF...

Where in the world do you get it? I can't find it anywhere! =O

 

I'm going to go back and forth to keep people guessing.. I've got a lip looking thing on the back now that (I think) is nicely understated. But people still notice and still look. All the time.

 

Yah no wing is mega win. Cops don't even take a second look at me. I don't care if anyone doesn't know it's an evo. It's a mitsubishi for god's sake not a ferrari.

i have never seen that duckbill trunk before. interesting.....

 

The wing is NOT the evo signature...The nasty front bumper and aerodynamics are the evos signature..If your reading this..do yourself a favor and remove the wing and call it a day!

Well I just got a yellow 03 a month ago! I have the wing off to have the body shop reclear it and fri rush hour traffic on rt 1 I got pulled over! He just wanted to bust my chops but he had nothing on me so I got no ticket! Not a good start for me in the evo!

 

Removing the wing is not enough. You must hide that huge fart can too. I suggest using a OEM muffler but with a cut out right behind it
