Help! something hit the bottom of the car

Well! it was snowing like hell yesterday as I was driving home, and I hit something on the bottom of my car, I see there is a bar on the bottom bent a little bit, should I worry about it? Please see pictures for detail. Any help is appreciate! If I need to replace it, anyone know how much am I looking at here

Chunk of ice from a mudflap. It looks to be fine. It's a rally car, you can beat the snot out of it.

well ur downpipe still has plenty of clearance. any rattles or strange noise? alil bent bracing is fine. replace it though no rush.

I ran over a busted cinder block once. It apparently fell off of a truck in front of me and I couldn't tell what it was until I went over it, I thought it was ice. Straddled it but I thought it was gonna come up through the damn floor from the noises it made. Turned out I put a few nice scrapes and dents in my exhaust, plus when I had the car up on a lift almost a week later, my friend found a baseball size piece of the block just chilling in my rear suspension.
