!!finally Got My Evo Back!!!!!!!!!!
Well on Oct 15th my transmission went out for the 2nd time this year. So this time I hit a frickin pot hole and it messed the tranny somehow. Destroyed two new rims and tires and the tranny. No I wasn't even racing! The first time it was popping the po300 code on the engine with something wrong with the internals of the tranny. So I took my car to Shop that I wont name at this time in Maryland. They took the tranny and transfer out and sent them to Someone that knows alot ABOUT evo trannies and TCs. He rebuilt the tranny and then called me and said my ring and pinion was bad and would cost 1600 more on top of the tranny rebuild. So I get my car back on Saturday the 29th and I drove it home from the shop 80 or something miles and parked it in the Garage all excited. Then Drove to Bel Air and home and parked it. Then on monday I drove to Chucky cheese and on the way back and it locks all 4 wheels up on the highway.
Almost getting and three kids hit by dozens of stupid people on cell phones not paying any frickin attention to a stopped vehicle. Took it back to the shop what an ordeal that was! They sent the transfer off and the rebuild shop said nothing wrong with TC. So we sent the tranny in and it had locked up supposedly do to low oil(but we drained 3 1/4 quarts of fluid from the tranny. Mainly to check metal in the oil. I got the car yesterday and it is finally driving great and thought i would share my little Love/Hate relationship with my car. Here are some pics of my freshly powdercoated and rebuilt Brembos and new MR Bilsteins with hotchkis springs on

Not only did I pay for the tranny to be built twice and the transfer rebuilt with a new ring and pinion. I have been in a rental car for three months. Something like 800 a month. I could have bought a beater with that money. I wish I was a lawyer I would own some busineeses. I hate this car and still love this car.
