i need help

I have a completely stock 03 evo with 28,000 miles . Car starts to cut out on past 4000 rpm's . I think it is a boost leak , but i don't know . What do you guys think ? I just did a oil change and spark plug change . There is no cel light, and i checked it with OBD2 scanner and there is no codes . The problem with the car just started happening after a long drive home.

what do you mean it starts to cut out? like the car cuts off or the car feels like it loses all power at 4000rpm? or what? make sure the snorkle on the intake has not come up

definately make sure the clips on the snorkle to the intake are pushed down because that has happened to me before and caused the same problem

the piece that leads to the intake box

there are two black push pins that hold it to the radiator shroud...if the come out the duct will not function properly

Check the injectors. Make sure they are seated right and all metal clips are in. If an injector is loose that could be ur problem
