verify installation please...

using a manual boost controller with an external tial 44mm.

right now, i have the top port vented...

bottom port is running to the bottom of my MBC and the side port is running to a nipple in the LICP.

does this sound right ? ive done some searching on here as well as the net and nothing is very clear. I did however come across people who actually turbocharge daewoos lol...

What MBC? The only one that I know of, which works as you described your install would be TurboXS.

Hallman for example has the boost reference to the bottom port, and the side port goes to the lower (side) port of your TiAL 44 gate.

hey justin...

Forge MBC

thats how i have it installed...

lower port on the tial to the middle of the wastegate

upper port on the tial VTA

nipple on LICP going to the bottom of the boost controller

Sounds correct to me, really the worst thing that could happen is over/underboost, in which case, watch the gauge and let off the gas or just sit there while you run wastegate boost pressure.

what do you guys think about this...

Pressure source, in my case LICP nipple, t'd into the lower wastegate port and the bottom of the MBC, side port of the MBC going to the top of the wastegate ?

When i look on the tial site, it seems like this is what their drawing is depicting.
