you wont be at fault for break checking someone if they hit you, unless the witness can some how claim that they were a safe distance behind and you intentionally slammed your brakes hard enough for them to hit you, which would be very hard at a safe distance. proving intent would be near impossible as well, because you could just claim you thought you saw an animal or something and braked to avoid it. its pretty difficult to be at fault when you get rear ended, so break check away if you don't mind dealing with insurance and loss of value and people with guns.
The NEON code of ownership states to own one u must be 100% douche bag.
Every single one I have come across has done the exact same thing.
Next time one try's to start something with u at a red light just roll ur rear windows up-and down. They have manual rear windows, and it really pisses them off.

I would love to see someone teach me the hard way. If your following someone to close, then u should get brake checked, simple as that, and if they need to get around, they can go around.
I love brake checking stupid drivers and if there is a time when I brake check someone and they hit me I get a JDM rear bumper!
As SRT-4's go, I never had a problem with one. Every srt4 driver I see on the street gives me a thumbs up and if I see them at the track they are really cool dudes to talk to.

I used to own an SRT-4 and was one of the "cool" owners. I've met some real crapbag Evo owners in my time too, before AND after I bought my IX. The car doesn't make the man...
If I could have afforded it my SRT-4 would be sitting in my driveway right beside my Evo. That thing was a beast and tons of fun to try to get a handle on. I wish I could have that motor in my Evo. You almost had to TRY and break it to have a failure. The torque, high end pull, and boost response were hands down better. Dodge did something very right with that 4-cylinder.

lol my brother just got out of driver's training and he said the instructor taught the class that brake checking is a good way to stop people from tail gating.

I just let of the gas and coast down to like 25mph..then when they get pissed and try and pass...just put some throttle into it so they can't get around. Very effective on tripling somones anger level Otherwise I just get over and let them do it to someone else who will get out and beat in thier head.
