If you can get high 12's, you did great for your first time out. Realisitically, your first run will probably be in the 13's. If you get 3 runs and your last run you break2 seconds in your 60 ft, you should be high 12s to 13 flat. Just my .02.

obviously an extreme example...

why dont you take your car to the predator folks and have them look at it and dyno it.
I have no new mods since then...so, when I decide to put some parts...well i will dyno it before for baseline and see...

The 11.8 i was refering to is with an amazing driver and i have read about many people doing that with less mods. I was assuming this person has had awd drive cars before and been to the track several times and knows how to launch a car! but with all that said and it seem like its his first time out, i agree with everyone if he hits a mid to high 12, he should be very happy!

If it needs to be explained to you, then you shouldn't be tuning yourself?

You have not seen "many people doing that (11.8)" with less mods than a TBE and tune on 92oct. There is nothing less than that except just a tune or just a TBE.

He also stated clearly its his first time at the track in response to your crazy post. Why would you assume the opposite of what he stated?

ok?! , 24psi is not that high of boost, zero knock indicates its perfectly safe on 92 octane, tons of people run it, even 91 gas people are using 22 psi.
stock boost cut is 25, a/f ratios good, knock nonexistant = perfectly safe
go try to scare some 18 year old, it dont work on me bud!

One thing I'll say, we do not treat cars like they are ladies, they are evo's so that means, beat the hell out of them until they break, explote or do fast times.

12.1 @112 @ 93 octane 1.64 60ft. 30 months ago to be exact. or 2 and a half years ago.
Tuned by Al @ Dynoflash

MBC, Injen Intake and upper ic pipe, full exhaust.
Stock O2 housing, exhaust manifold and intercooler.

EVO's are made to be pushed so all you need to do is learn how we drive

But do one thing, compare your weather there and ours here.
Who gets more air into the engine?

We have to work harder than you to get our numbers

Weather and altitude are somewhat of a factor.

that is a great point... so, i should be faster ? i ran 11.8 with a fairly decent mod list and on a 93/114 mix. Im in NC... not exactly a high elevation.

im not doubting you guys and your times, ive seen enough videos from the island.... its just a little crazy is all that cars with an air filter, sreet tires at normal pressure and an in cabin air freshener as mods run 12.2 on 93 octane @ 21 psi.
