I have seen evo drivers hit 12 flat with air filter, exhaust, boost controller, and tune. Really good drivers though

come on you think i would only get 1/10-2/10 of a second from a stock evo?
I got a full 3" turbo Back exhuast (tanabe blue G) with 24psi peak with 20 psi to redline. no way will i be in the 13's with that. so 12.2 with 100oct timing w/26psi.
so my 12.5 seems feasible.

I have another friend with a stock 9 that ran 13.2.. so for you I would say high 12's .. maybe 13.0-13.1 . just depends on how good of a driver you are.

You have to consider that with your 1st time out on the track, you will probably not see 1.7 60's. More like 1.9-2.1. There's .2-.3 seconds. And thats not considering how well you shift from 2-3 and 3-4.

First off, dont go to track with high expectations. You will be dissappointed. Set your goal to be in the 12s, and go from there. But dont be dissappointed if you can only turn a 13.0. The car is only part of the equation...

13's unless you can get a good launch and 1-2 shift.

It all depends on how well you drive, but with the mods mentioned i would say 12.7 is possible.
