Anyone know if something like this has been created for our Evo's? I couldn't find anything, but I know if I did I'd definitely pick them up for my car as the stockers have much to be desired, ascetically speaking.

I'm sure lots of you on here would buy something aftermarket if it looked the part.

What exactly are you wanting to change about them?

You can change the color of the lights?

 

I'm talking about a totally new design for them...they are just cheap looking and I would be happy with some sort of an upscale design.

 

maybe you should try the ones from 08 lancers they might work not sure though

 

I haven't seen anything cosmetic, but as for lighting options, http://www.lightrikz.com/index.htm has some really cool options.

 

havent heard of anyone that makes fully custom hvac controls, but you can change the knobs, the lighting and those stickers that are on the front..

 

You could convert to the jdm hvac units. It only costs about three thousand bucks and you'll be loads happier with the electric units. If not, just live with what you got.

 

I am working on these. A company did make 5 different styles. Pull your stock peices off and stick these on. I am pretty sure they stopped making them though. They still make the cluster ones but I am having a hard time sourcing them also.

Here are my led options.


Cig, Ashtray, Hvac, and Key ring. Single smt led. .
Red, white, blue.


35.00 for all 5. Red, white, blue.
Im using smd leds, not bulbs for these, Smd is a flat led, with a 120 degree veiwing angle. As you can see in the pics they do the job. Plus they arent overdriven like push through leds are.
