Keep the EVO. This way you can go fast in a straight line and then hit a quick left and still be in control.

For you mods. I would do the trade. Its a Mustang you cant get much easier to work on than that and parts are a dime a dozen. Those Cobras hold their value insanely.

If you had a built EVO I wouldnt but for a fairly stock IX thats a great trade

Who knows the guy selling it could have been the one who lost in the video and when he was offered an Evo he said hell ya those cars are fast, lol..

Personally I would never trade my Evo for a Pony car, I don't care how fast it is. If it looks anything like the one in video the average joe wouldn't be able tell it apart from the other million or so 'stangs' cruising around.

It's actually just sad that you are even thinking about that................You know, for the most part- I think my everyday suks.......Work. Bills. Cops and their damn radar guns, but every time I drive my Evo........ Well- there's just the biggest smile on my face....I just forget about everything else.. I would never trade or sellmy evo 'cuz it makes me !

I have heard horror stories about trying to street those cobras, its either drag radials and hope it never rains or street tires and try to get people from a 50 roll

Seriously the guy with the cobra probably knows this.. power isn't all that fun without control, and with the evo you can have both.

I would most of all be worried about the condition of the engine and drivetrain in the Cobra though... I mean, if he was looking to get off it because he thinks something might give soon...and then you get it and it blows up....

^^ The Cobra's are known to last though and be pretty damn stout on the stock block (900+ WHP). S o I don't think that would happen. Rear end parts on the car do tend to break though due to IRS and all that stuff, so alot of people switch to the solid rear. The only reason I wouldn't do it because when you get something modded, It's not you're pride and joy you would be driving and enjoying, but someone else's.
