Throwin codes CONTINUOUSLY!

So here's my deal.....

In WI they have a summer mix and a winter mix of gas but they don't say that at the pump so its usually not much of a difference; however I keep throwin codes along with my best friend who also has a IX SE with similar mods. The codes we both throw can be reset but start the car... turn it off... then restart it automatically trips the same codes again. Only have had this issue once the temps got cold which is usually when the gas mix changes so I've heard.

P0037 - H02S bank 1 sensor 2 heater circuit low
P0138 02 sensor curcuit high volts (bank 1 sensor 2)

Any one having a similar issue and if so why the heck are these codes continually tripping?

I'm trying to see what it is that's causing the codes to trip.

I've searched and haven't ran across anyone yet mention so I'm hoping I hear something from someone.

Thanks!

If you're both throwing the same codes...could be the gas.

Never saw either those codes before.
I've only ever thrown P0420, which was just my post cat censor telling me the high flow wasn't cleaning ****

But since it's the voltage, did you install/mod something that's maybe shorting out one of the wires? Or left a piece of wire bare?
