Throwing CEL P0031

Hey everyone, CEL came on so I pulled the code, P0031. From what I've searched, this is HO2S Heater Control Circuit Low (Bank 1, Sensor 1).
Is this low voltage in the front 02 heater circuit? The car is an IX MR and has ~64k miles. I'm not sure if the sensor should be going bad at this point. What can I do to fix it?

By Oxgen Sensor Heater Control Circuit Low, That means the ECU is seeing No voltage on the wire it uses to energize the O2 Heater coil in the sensor. This could be caused by and open circuit or a short to ground int he circuit. First check the fuse, then check the oxygen sensor. I'll have wiring diagrams later today for you. Its usually the sensor, but the fuse is cheaper by a lot. Also it means Sensor1 bank 1, that means The front sensor on the first bank, only one bank on evos. So yeah its your front sensor.

I'm pretty sure P0031 = no such code. P0131 is front oxygen sensor reading low. The oxygen sensor heater DTC is P0130.
