Hey guys,

I've decided that the first mod I'm going to make to my evo 6 is changing the ecu as I've heard this alone will give significant gains in performance if tuned right. I was thinking of the haltech e8 ecu. I was just wondering who else is using this ecu and what sort of gains did u guys get upon getting it installed and properly tuned. Also what sort of cost should I be looking at for the ecu and installation and in doing this is there any problems that can occur with this? Any input would be gr8, cheers.

Have you seen the new Haltech E11v2? That is one nice piece of hardware. I realize owning am EVO9 you probably don't need the MIVEC control. Haltech's are $$$.
