I've had to take mine off five or six times and i never really had that problem. There normally is always a little gap.

With all the problems with reinstalling front bumper makes me think twice about removing it too. I am waiting for my pipe kit but will try to install it without removing the bumper first. If it will not work, then I guess I'll have to remove it somehow. Any of you tried it before you remove the bumper??

i can get it on/ everything snaps on fine.. just seems like there is a small gap underneath my lights.. think i should put some double sided tap on the bumper so when i push it up flush with my light it'll stay stuck??? or do u think that wont work???

same thing happened to me but when I asked my friend how it looks (who sees my car parked everyday) he said it looked stock and couldn't tell a difference. I wouldn;t worry about it. most people won't even notice. I also wonder if I'm just seeing things and it was always like that.
