get the tires, and if you are getting that tax rebate check were getting in a few months use that on your meth kit

 

+1 on safety over power. I almost got into an accident a few hours ago. If it wasn't for the good condition of braking system and tires.... the story would be different!

If the tires are in good working condition and you know you can get the money for tires later... then go with the meth kit.
