whats on reg mr's brake cooler kit? it only comes with the se front bumper.

 

Brake cooler comes on all MRs .. part of the MR package. Not specific to the SE lip.

Tough question... Technically, there are no production IX MR SE evos from the factory so it's hard to track...

LOL, you are 'ohsobaked' The 05 MR was made in GG only for 05 in 06 they came in many colors and 3 trim styles. The 06 had the 'vanilla' or with the 'Zero lift package' and then the 'SE' trim along with the Zero Lift stuff. I actually think Mitsu should have stayed with the GG only for the MRs, as it made the MR 'stick out' and let others know right off that this Evo was the 'MR' edition. If one throws a 'Vortex gen' and BBS wheels on a reg model it looks like an MR. Hell if you add just the Vortex Gen to a IX/SE you have a imposter MR

 

I got the GG one. I thought the dealer was f.o.s about it being an MR SE. I bought the car anyway.

So a couple of weeks ago when I was having my car worked on at TT one of the guys there goes, "Oh, nice, MR SE." I was like, huh? He recognized it in like 2 seconds. Even now after reading this post I still don't see why it's an MR SE. Just 3 little things makes it an SE?
