I had a VERY similar thing happen to me on EBAY.I bought Brembo decals from this guy. He said he sent them out twice, a month later they show up in my mail
no joke a month, it even had a post mark date right on the package 2-10-08
and recieved 3-13-08. It ended up being the USPS at fault

. Might be shipping company but DEFINITELY ASK FOR TRACKING NUMBERS.

IMO I think you should just bypass all the bad juju (neg feedback) buy a set yourself, and don't buy from him again. Maybe he sent them out, maybe he didn't. I'm not a religious man, but I do believe in karma.

Just cut your losses...
