I bought a 3" Megan Racing testpipe back in the day from TTP. It will match your DP. Then purchased a mechanical 02 fix.

ANY test pipe unless it comes with a mechanical fix pre attached will throw a cell.

I know Gruppe-S (www.gruppe-s.com) has the Helix Test pipe with o2 fix for $75 shipped. I bought this a few weeks back no CEL and fitment was excellent.

Bought the same thing but from Speed Element. $70 shipped. Have zero problems with it. Test pipes are so simple! I can't believe I didn't put one on sooner. Mine is resonated. If you got a non-res one, I'd probably be a bit louder. I love the sound, smell, power.

you really cant screw up a test pipe, just make sure it is flanged to fit the down pipe and exhaust that you are going to be using

Buy the Megan testpipe to go with your Megan downpipe. The Megan is resonated which is nice so it will kill a bit of the harshness of your exhaust tone.

When I started mine up for the first time, I was shocked the idle sounded exactly how it did when it was just the CBE. Now my Evo smells like a go-kart. WOT...well that's a different story. I've passed several cops and even had one follow behind me. No problems, and no noise complaints...yet.

I just bought and installed the Megan test pipe off a member here and im pretty happy with it. It made my car a little louder and WOT but not for everyday driving. IT is resonated so that help i guess? It always throws the cel but thats because i cant get the damn O2 sensor out of the cat so im just not running it. I plan to just program it out though. Im not sure how bad it is to run the car without the sensor at all though anyone know?

That sensor won't affect fuel trims or anything like that. That is the job of the front O2 sensor. My mechanical CEL fix worked great. Either order one or just drill out a 18MM (Not sure on size. I'll check when I get home) non-fouler with a 1/2" drill bit and screw another one on the bottom attaching to the test pipe or midpipe. I'd highly recommend attaching the O2 sensor to the midpipe. I didn't feel safe with it in the test pipe, because it was angled towards the ground. My CEL hasn't come up once since I installed it btw.
