I first had a flutter and thought it was the blow off valve, but I changed it and it wasn't the blow as far as I can see or hear. The one I have on the car is a Metal evo ix BOV. Then it went from a flutter to an incredibly loud whirring or vacuum cleaner noise. This noise has never been present before and I have had the current filter on there since Buschurs put their stages 1-3 on in August of last year. I changed the BOV yesterday and still makes the same type of noise. Is it a possible vacuum leak or cut intercooler pipe or a loose clamp? I checked all the clamps still tight. I checked as much as I could as far as the hoses and vacuum lines. Does anyone have ideas this noise is a little annoying? Thanks for all your guys HELP and again thanks to ATLANTIC MOTORSPORTS

 

A loud whistling or whirring sign is usually a sign of a boost leak. Check all your vacuum lines and do a boost leak test.

 

Ok I'll try that tonight. Is that in the how to section? Or is it something I keep missing. I looked for it last just to make sure I did it correctly but couldn't find it. Thanks for your help!!!!
